All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

We offer international shipping to most countries around the world. Standard delivery times depend on your location:

United States & Canada: 7 – 15 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7 – 15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8 – 18 business days
Rest of the World: 10 – 25 business days

Note: Shipping rates and free shipping options will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a Tracking Number and a direct link to track your shipment in real-time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to register on the logistics system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

letmeshow.shop is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, or logistics issues.

If your tracking information has not updated for over 60 days, please contact our support team.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing your order.
